Once logged in, locate the Video Call tab in the Dashboard. Click on it to enter the video call interface.

Before starting a video call, it’s essential to toggle the Availability Button.
- You will see a toggle button labeled "Available" or "Not Available."
- Click on the button to switch your status. When set to Available, patients can see that you’re ready for video consultations. When set to Not Available, patients will know you are offline.
- Ensure the toggle reflects your desired availability before proceeding with calls.
- When you first enter the video call interface, you will be prompted to allow access to your microphone and camera.
- Click Allow for both audio and camera. This step is crucial for effective communication with your patients.
- Conduct a quick test of your audio and video settings. Ensure your microphone is working, and your camera displays a clear image.
- Once you’re available and your audio and video settings are confirmed, you can start a call with a patient when they click on "knock" button on their end..
- If a patient is waiting, you’ll see their name or ID in the list. Click on it to connect.
