How to Navigate the Settings Tab?

1.  Once logged in, find the Settings Tab in the main navigation menu and click on it.

2. You will see an option labeled Receive Notification Text Messages?

3. Select YES to receive alerts on your phone regarding patient attention needs.

4. Notifications will be sent from the number [phone]. If you prefer to set up notifications via text, you can send the message START to the number provided to opt-in.

5. Choose your timezone from the dropdown menu to ensure notifications are sent at appropriate times for you.

6.   Select the specific days and times of the week when you would like to receive notifications. If there are days you prefer not to be disturbed, simply deselect those days.

7. Specify the time range during which you wish to receive notifications otherwise tick on the box beside Available All Day    

  8.  Click on Add Date button to specify days during which you wish to NOT receive notifications.
